Building on the baseline survey completed in mid-2020, CEGER conducted the endline evaluation for Evaluasi LLC’s Ethik programme in Uganda. The study measured changes across the same indicators established at baseline, enabling a rigorous assessment of programme outcomes and impact over the intervention period.
Our team replicated the baseline methodology to ensure comparability, while also incorporating qualitative data collection to capture participant experiences and contextual factors. The endline report provided Evaluasi LLC with a comprehensive picture of programme effectiveness, including quantitative impact estimates and qualitative insights into the mechanisms of change. This project demonstrated CEGER’s ability to deliver the full M&E evaluation cycle with consistency and rigour.
