Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Ambrose Ogwal is CEGER’s Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, bringing over nine years of experience in data analysis, evaluation design, and results-based management. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation and has been recognised with awards for excellence in evaluation practice.
Ambrose specialises in baseline studies, midline and final evaluations, impact assessments, and M&E system design. His strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools enable him to deliver rigorous, data-driven evaluations that produce actionable insights for programme managers and decision-makers.
At CEGER, Ambrose leads the design and implementation of M&E frameworks for development projects, working closely with clients to ensure that monitoring and evaluation are embedded into programme design from the outset.
