The Centre for Governance and Environmental Research (CEGER) Ltd is a registered consultancy firm established in Uganda in 2024. We implement multidisciplinary projects that require both “green” (environmental) and “grey” (policy and governance) expertise, helping organisations discover low-cost, high-impact solutions to complex challenges.
Our team combines deep local knowledge with international standards and partnerships, working across public and private sectors to deliver measurable results. From community-level health surveys to large-scale international research collaborations, CEGER brings the rigour, creativity, and commitment that each project demands.
