CEGER was engaged by Evaluasi LLC, a US-based evaluation firm, to design and implement the baseline survey for their Ethik programme in Uganda. The survey established benchmark indicators across a range of social and economic metrics, creating the data foundation against which programme progress and impact would subsequently be measured.
Our team managed the full survey cycle — from questionnaire design and enumerator training through to field data collection, quality assurance, data analysis, and final reporting. The successful completion of this baseline study laid the groundwork for the subsequent endline evaluation, demonstrating CEGER’s capacity to deliver rigorous M&E services for international clients within tight timelines.
