Head of Programs — Climate Change & Environment

Dr Anthony Kadoma leads CEGER’s programmes in climate change and environmental sustainability. He holds a PhD in Environmental Sustainability and brings over 15 years of international experience spanning environmental research, climate policy analysis, and sustainability strategy development.

Dr Kadoma’s expertise covers climate risk and resilience assessment, renewable energy advisory, food security systems, and decarbonisation planning. He has led environmental research projects across multiple countries, combining deep technical knowledge with a practical understanding of the policy and institutional contexts in which climate action must take place.

At CEGER, Dr Kadoma oversees the design and delivery of all environmental and climate-related consultancy services, ensuring that every engagement meets the highest scientific and professional standards.
