Dr Anthony Kadoma is an environmentalist and community-development practitioner with a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Sustainability (University of Glasgow, 2023), a Master of Arts in Applied Community Change and Peacebuilding (2013), and a Bachelor’s degree in Adult and Community Education (Makerere University, 2006).
He is the founder of Caring for People and Environment (CAPE), a community-based organisation focused on environmental protection and the wellbeing of communities in Kyenjojo and Wakiso Districts. Since 2007 he has worked as a researcher, trainer, and consultant with organisations in Uganda and beyond, developing consistent experience in project management, consultancy, research, and training. In the course of his work and study he has worked across Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America.
His career is driven by a commitment to innovation, creativity, and growth within a global community, with an emphasis on developing human potential as a universal resource. He also lectures at Bugema Adventist University.
